We believe that through play and hands-on experience your child will learn about himself, his society and his world.  Each day we provide a variety of learning experiences, freedom to make choices, and encouragement to explore and improve.

OUR GOALS:

Our goals here at “JIREH” DAY CARE CENTER is to facilitate the development of your child’s self-esteem through positive reinforcement to succeed.  We encourage independence, while at the same time highly value partnership.  Working together parents and staff can effectively communicate the individual needs of each child, and fulfill them!

Our program is designed for children 2 through 5 years.  We are open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for full-time children.

There is a nonrefundable $50.00 registration fee.  On the first day of school all forms must be turned in, including one that is to be filled out by      your Doctor.  Two weeks notice will be required before withdrawing your child from school.  We offer a program where all children play, learn, eat and rest together regardless of race or religion.

SCHEDULE:

Our school day begins at 9:00 a.m. We would like if your child could be here by this time each day.  Your child’s day will consist of various physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative activities.  These include scheduled indoor and outdoor times that vary with each class.  Please check posted schedules in each room.  No child will be accepted after 9:00 a.m.

DAILY ROUTINES:

  1. It is very important that you remember to sign your child in and out everyday.  Also be sure to make contact with a teacher each morning.

  2. Your child also needs to have a change of clothing in his/her cubby. (This makes it much more comforting if there are any accidents).

  3. Please bring a sheet and blanket to school every week!

  4. Share Days are on Fridays if your child would like to bring something special to share with his lassmates.  Other than Friday’s no toys please.
